I've had another photography kickstart, in that I've blown monies on a brand new toy - a Sigma 30mm f1.4. Which, as I am finding, is a very sexy lens indeed. It's such an awesome thing to have an aperture that opens so wide!
The only complaint that I have is that the autofocus is off when the aperture is maxed. Suppose that I'll have to actually get good at doing things manually then - really that will only benefit me.
I'm trying to think of a photography project so that I can motivate myself to use this more. I know that Project 365 is something that is recommended, but really it's pretty hard to do that every day with the work I do. And I
